Terms of Payment and Shipping
General Information about our Online Store
Products of this Online Store are sold by COOCOSdsgn. All product prices include VAT 24%. We reserve the right to change prices and postage. We deliver products all around the Europe.
Our delivery time is generally 5 business days. In addition to the order confirmation, you will receive an email when your parcel is packed and shipped from our warehouse. Shipping cost is 10€. Shipping is free on orders over 200€.
Returns & Exchanges
If you change your mind or the product you received is different from what you expected, please send us an e-mail to an address: email@example.com containing your name, address, e-mail address, the order number and a specification of which items the return relates to or what product you want to change it to. You have 14 days to return an order after receiving it. Unless not otherwise agreed with us, you will cover the costs of returning the items.
Send the products well packaged, in good condition and in their original box and/or packaging. The customer pays the return shipping. Please ensure that you return orders with sufficient postage. We will not accept returns where postage is not paid. If you receive a wrong or a faulty item, we will compensate you for the delivery costs. If possible, please provide us with a tracking number for the return shipment.
Unless otherwise agreed upon, the refund will be processed through the same payment method you used to make your original purchase. If the product or packaging is used or damaged, we reserve the right to deduct any depreciation in value when refunding the product. We will not compensate for lost packages.

Time of Delivery
Delivery time within Finland is normally 3 business days. We are not responsible for any delays due to actions of Posti, DB Schenker or Matkahuolto.
Methods of delivery and shipping
You can choose the delivery either via Posti DB Schenker or Matkahuolto. When your shipment arrives at your local mail, you will receive an arrival notification via SMS or email. When you collect the package, you will need a shipping ID and an ID. Delivery charges will be charged upon payment of the order.
