Terms of Payment and Shipping
General Information about our Online Store
The products of the e-commerce are sold by COOCOSdsgn, (business ID 2847134-9) to Finland and all over Europe. The prices of all products include 24% VAT. We reserve the right to change prices and postage.
The products to be ordered are selected on the website by adding them to the shopping cart. The order is sent by paying for the contents of the Shopping Cart in the e-commerce checkout function. By placing an order, you accept these delivery terms, product prices and delivery costs. If an e-mail address is provided at the time of ordering, an order confirmation will be sent by e-mail. The ordered products and the price appear in the order confirmation.
The payment intermediary for the online store is Visma Pay (Paybyway Oy, business ID 2486559-4), which is registered in the register of payment institutions maintained by the Financial Supervisory Authority. Payment is made via Visma Pay’s online service and Visma Pay or Paybyway Oy is shown as the payee on the account statement and invoice. Visma Pay forwards payments to the online merchant. Payment is secure, as all information about the payment transaction is transmitted using an encrypted connection so that no third party can see the details of the payment transaction.
Through the Visma Pay service, you can pay with online banking IDs, wallet, payment cards (credit / debit), invoice or installment. The following payment methods are available: Osuuspankki, Nordea, Danske Bank, Oma Säästöpankki, Säästöpankki, Aktia, Local Cooperative Banks, S-Bank, Handelsbanken, Ålandsbanken, MobilePay, Masterpass, Pivo, Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard and Debit MasterCard cards, as well as Flexible and Enterpay Invoice for the company.
MobilePay: You can pay with your MobilePay wallet if you have allowed online shopping to pay for the app settings. Payments made with a MobilePay wallet will be charged to the debit card attached to the wallet. If it is not possible to charge the payment card, it is not possible to pay with MobilePay wallet in the online store.
Jousto Invoice and Installment is a domestic service that allows you to make your purchases quickly and safely. Flexibility is for individuals who have managed their finances properly. With Jousto, you get 30 days of interest-free and no-cost payment period. After receiving the invoice, you can decide whether to pay it in full or in installments. With an installment payment, you can pay for your purchase in up to 36 installments, starting from 9.90 € / month. The cost of the flexible installment is EUR 3.90 / month and a credit interest rate of 19.90%. You can pay 30 to 3000 euros for purchases with Jousto. Aurajoki Nordic Oy is the lender. Note that all payment methods might not be available in your region.
The delivery fee is 10 euros and we deliver orders over 200 euros without postage. We deliver shipments every working day, in which case the delivery time within Finland is normally 3-5 working days for products in stock and for made per order products 2-5 weeks. We are not responsible for delays caused by the operations of Posti, DB Schenker or Matkahuolto. In addition to the order confirmation, you will be notified by e-mail (if provided to us) when the shipment has been packaged and shipped from our warehouse.
Returns & Exchanges
If you change your mind or the product you received is different from what you expected, please send us an e-mail to an address: email@example.com containing your name, address, e-mail address, the order number, and a specification of which items the return relates to or what product you want to change it to. You have 14 days to return an order after receiving it. Unless not otherwise agreed with us, you will cover the costs of returning the items.
Send the products well packaged, in good condition, and in their original box and/or packaging. The customer pays for the return shipping. Please ensure that you return orders with sufficient postage. We will not accept returns where postage is not paid. If you receive a wrong or a faulty item, we will compensate you for the delivery costs. If possible, please provide us with a tracking number for the return shipment.
Unless otherwise agreed upon, the refund will be processed through the same payment method you used to make your original purchase. If the product or packaging is used or damaged, we reserve the right to deduct any depreciation in value when refunding the product. We will not compensate for lost packages.
